MİTAŞ Academy Young Talent Program

Purpose of the Program

The program aims to provide recent graduates from associate degree and bachelor’s degree with a structured and intensive development journey lasting approximately five months, enabling them to make a strong start to their professional careers.

Throughout the program, participants strengthen their technical and professional competencies in their field while integrating into the organization in alignment with MİTAŞ Group’s work culture, values, discipline, and occupational health and safety approach.

The program further supports the development of professional expertise and leadership potential, while contributing sustainably to the long-term talent pool through employment evaluation at the end of the program.

Application Requirements

  • Graduating from an associate degree program (2 years)or a bachelor’s degree program(4 years) in 2025 or 2026
  • Being under the age of 26,
  • Preferably graduating from of the relevant departments listed below,
  • Having a GPA of 3.00 or above in the associate or bachelor’s degree program,
  • Having a good command of English for bachelor’s degree graduates.

How to Apply?

Your MİTAŞ Academy Young Talent Program journey begins on the official MİTAŞ Endüstri website.

To apply, please follow the steps below:

  • Visit the official MİTAŞ Endüstri website.
  • Access the MİTAŞ Career platform on the website.
  • Create your account on the MİTAŞ Career platform.
  • Click on the Young Talent Application Form available on the portal.
  • Select the application form that matches your graduation status and complete your application.
  • If you are a 4-year bachelor’s degree graduate, you can apply through the Bachelor’s Degree Application Form.
  • If you are a 2-year associate degree graduate, you can apply through the Associate Degree Application Form.

One of the most important steps of the application is introducing yourself.

  • For bachelor’s degree graduates, we expect a short motivation video in which you share your motivation, career goals, and why you would like to be a part of MİTAŞ Group.
  • The motivation video must be uploaded to YouTube with the privacy setting set as “Unlisted” or “Anyone with the link can view.” The video link should only be shared through the application form. Please make sure that your video is not uploaded as Public.
  • For associate degree graduates, we request a motivation statement reflecting the same motivation.
  • At this stage, we are not looking for high production quality. What matters most to us is your sincerity, perspective, and potential.

Following the application process, candidates who successfully complete the evaluation stages will begin an approximately five-month development journey as part of MİTAŞ Academy.

The MİTAŞ Academy Young Talent Program is a structured development ecosystem for recent graduates that brings together internship, candidate student, and young talent programs carried out within MİTAŞ Group under one umbrella.
The purpose of the program is to help recent bachelor’s and associate degree graduates make a strong start to their careers through an intensive and planned development journey of approximately five months, strengthen their technical and professional competencies in the field, and integrate them into the organization in alignment with MİTAŞ Group’s business culture, values, discipline, and occupational safety approach. The program also aims to develop participants’ professional expertise and leadership potential and to make a sustainable contribution to the long-term talent pool through the employment evaluation conducted at the end of the program.
The program lasts approximately 5 months.(For schedule details, please refer to the question “What is the program schedule?” below.)
  • Candidates who graduated from an associate degree program (2 years) or a bachelor’s degree program (4 years) in 2025 or 2026,
  • Candidates who are under the age of 26,
  • Graduates of the relevant departments specified in the announcement.
The departments accepted for bachelor’s and associate degree graduates are listed on the application screen. In the application form, you may select the category that matches your field of graduation.
Yes. Candidates graduating from the relevant bachelor’s or associate degree programs are expected to have a GPA of 3.00 or above.
A good level of English is expected for bachelor’s degree graduates. English proficiency may be assessed through the practices applied during the evaluation process.

At the end of the program, participants undergo an employment evaluation.The employment decision is assessed based on program performance, organizational needs, and suitability criteria.

Not being selected for the Young Talent Program does not mean that you cannot be considered for other career opportunities within MİTAŞ Group. You may follow the open positions on our career page that match your interests and competencies and apply to our other job postings.
Yes. The MİTAŞ Academy Young Talent Program is carried out on a full-time basis. Participants are expected to take an active role throughout the program.
No. The program is specifically designed for recent graduates. Prior work experience is not mandatory. However, internships, projects, or volunteer work may provide an advantage during the evaluation process.
Applications are reviewed by Human Resources and the relevant technical teams. Candidates who successfully pass the evaluation process are contacted, and the next stages of the process are planned. All candidates are provided with either or negative feedback at the end of the process.
The program is carried out at MİTAŞ Group’s relevant production facilities and locations (Ankara AOÇ campus, ASO campus). Location details are shared separately with candidates at the end of the evaluation process.
The program is carried out with limited quota. Each year, a certain number of candidates are admitted to the program in line with MİTAŞ Group’s needs and evaluation results.
